#207 - Claribel Rivera: Trabajo remoto efectivo

Por una decisión familiar, Claribel Rivera @puertorican_vegan, llegó a los Estados Unidos con sus padres y hermanos en mayo de 1982, siendo una joven de 20 años. Buscaban mejor calidad de vida, esas que no consiguieron en la isla de Puerto Rico, pero las oportunidades laborales de sus padres no fueron las mejores. Sus padres regresaron dos años después, pero Claribel se quedó a forjar su futuro.
Pese a tener una beca para estudiar en una universidad de la Florida, esta inmigrante debió trabajar a tiempo completo para sufragar sus gastos.
Se casó, tuvo 3 hijos y también sufrió el duro golpe de divorciarse. Pero renació. En esta oportunidad sí se inscribió en la universidad y se graduó de turismo y administración de hotelería. Abrió su propio negocio de asesoría empresarial, diseño digital y desarrollo de negocios digitales.
Actualmente trabaja de manera remota atendiendo a un buen número
de clientes. También lleva un estilo de vida saludable y promueve
la sana alimentación.

#207 - Claribel Rivera: Effective remote work
Due to a family decision, Claribel Rivera @puertorican_vegan,
arrived in the United States with her parents and siblings in May
1982, when she was 20 years old. They were looking for a better
quality of life, which they did not get on the island of Puerto
Rico. However, the job opportunities for her parents were not
great. They went back two years later, but Claribel stayed behind
to forge her future.
Despite having a scholarship to attend a school in Florida, this
immigrant had to work full time to cover her expenses.
She married, had 3 children, and also endured the hard time of going through a divorce. However, she was reborn. This time she did enroll in school and graduated with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Claribel opened her own business providing business consulting,
digital design, and digital business development. She currently
works remotely serving many clients. She also leads a healthy
lifestyle and promotes a healthy diet.
